Order Processing

Please allow 1-2 business days to process all orders, including custom screenprinting. We want you to enjoy your Sweet T Baby products so we will do our best to get your package out to you as soon as possible.

Shipping & Handling

We strive to exercise the most eco-responsible business practices in every facet of our operations. This is also true in our packaging and shipping methods. Wherever possible we will use sustainable packaging materials, bio-degradable bags, recycled cardboard boxes, recycled plastic bags. To minimize energy use, we will package shipments in recycled plastic bags which weighs less and uses less gas to get to your door.

Delivery Methods - Continental U.S.

  • USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation (approximate shipping time: 2-3 business days)
  • USPS Next day shipping is available. Please contact us for pricing.
  • Our shipping days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after Noon (12pm) on Friday will not ship until the following Monday.

International Orders

We will be happy to ship your package internationally. Please contact us by phone or email to request pricing. You will have a choice between Fedex or UPS.

Sales Tax

Orders being shipped in Georgia are subjected to a sales tax of 8%.

Returns

  • We value your business and we want you to be happy with your purchase.
  • Products can be returned within 30 days from date of receipt. When returning merchandise, we highly recommend using a tracking method for delivery confirmation.
  • We will gladly issue a full refund for all items in new, unused, unwashed condition with receipt.
  • Shipping fee will not be refunded or credited.
  • We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
